We are performing a move of Ventrilo servers to improved hardware with enhanced protection against DDOS attacks, lower latency, better bandwidth management, and other perks. All Ventrilo servers in the system will have their hostname and port changed, but all information set up on the server itself, like passwords and channels, will be unchanged.
The old servers will remain up and active until Sunday, March 18th. The new server created will have its information in the MOTD of the old server until the old server is taken down on the 18th. You are not losing any server setup and your servers will be usable until the 18th; at that point all user will need to have updated their Ventrilo client with the new server information.
We have also updated the Voice server admin panel and streamlined the login process. You will no longer have to log into one site for your billing information and another to actually access server information - everything will be handled on the billing site.
